Sudden cardiac arrest kills over 400,000 people annually – over 9,000 of them under the age of 18! You can help change or reverse this number by learning how to respond before EMS arrives! It’s easy!

Join us for Project Heart Start Day!

Our program

Experience our one hour course to learn how to:

  • Assess the victim of sudden cardiac arrest and perform the new, easy compression only CPR
  • Recognize the symptoms of a heart attack and what to do
  • Use an automated external defibrillator (AED)
  • Save a choking victim

Be an Exhibitor!

Our Albuquerque location expects nearly 500 participants each year and our Rio Rancho and Los Lunas locations average nearly 200 attendees.
